Support Process

The introduction of the Eye Media Australia Online Console Support System has proved very beneficial for all Eye Media Australia clients. Eye Media Australia support is costed at an hourly rate, with a minimum of 15 minutes per support incident. Support is either paid for after the support has been provided, via a month end invoice which is charged at the advertised Adhoc Hourly Rate on Console, or via blocks of support time, purchased and paid for by clients in advance of the services provided and these hours are called Prepaid Discounted Support Hours.

Prepaid Discounted Support Hours and Advantages
Prepaid Support Hours are available at a discounted rate, based on the advertised Adhoc Hourly Rate on Console, when blocks of 20 hours or more are purchased. In addition to receiving a discount for prepayment of support, another advantage of purchasing Prepaid Discounted Support is the support hours can be used at any time, for any mix of Eye Media Australia resources, including new project development.

Furthermore, Eye Media Australia Support Hours have no expiry date, which over the years has provided clients with insulated rates for projects that have been budgeted for in one financial year, but were not able to be actioned by the client until the following year.

For clients who purchase Prepaid, Discounted Support Hours, month end statements are generated on Console, detailing support hours purchased, support hours used and finally providing the remaining balance of support hours at the end of the month. Discount on support hours is only available and applied to purchases paid for by the Payment Due Date listed on invoices, specifically issued for Prepaid Discounted Support Hours.

Postpaid Adhoc Support
A number of Eye Media Australia clients work within accounting and budgetry systems, that for varying reasons are not geared toward the purchase of prepaid discounted support hours blocks. Eye Media Australia support these clients through the Online Console Support System and at the end of each month an invoice is raised for the balance of support hours provided during that month. A monthly statement with full details of the invoiced charges is available for clients on Console. Postpaid invoiced hours are charged at the advertised Adhoc Hourly Rate listed on Console and payment terms are 30 days, unless other payment arrangements have been negotiated, in advance, with Eye Media Australia management.

Discounted prepaid rates offer clients the best value for money and can be used for any purpose - support, project management, consulting, design, or development.  Support can be used in 15 minute increments and hours purchased DO NOT EXPIRE - meaning you can use them any time in the future and lock-in current discounted rates.
